What's the difference between Printer Ink and Printer Toner?

Ink Cartridges are applied to inkjet printers only. Inkjet printers use “jets” method to distribute the ink on your paper, the cartridge ink is in liquid form.

Toner Cartridges are operated by laser printers. Unlike the inkjet printers, laser printer cartridge is not in liquid form; rather the “Toner ink” is actually a powdered concoction that works with the help of heat and a rolling drum within the printer.
